Mâche is delightful eaten alone as a salad, mixed with other greens, or cooked like spinach. The big-seeded variety is more tolerant of hot conditions without becoming bitter. Also tolerant of cold weather, it will often survive freezing temperatures to 10°F.

Garden Towers are very large and are classified as oversize by UPS, FEDEX, and the USPS (80lb or 90lbs rates apply)
Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days to the lower 48 states
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories ship via USPS and can take up to 2 months for delivery.
Most orders ship within 2 business days

In February 2023 all shipping carriers increased their rates and have added an additional surcharge on larger packages such as the tower. We have negotiated our rates as low as possible and are working diligently for ways to further decrease shipping costs. As a small business we are unable to absorb shipping while keeping the product costs as low as possible.

About Us

Hey there! We're Ronald and Anthony Alcazar, just a couple of brothers who grew up with the delicious aromas of our family kitchen. With our dad, we dreamed up something special: healthier, yet still scrumptious tortillas. It all started one taco-filled evening when we thought, "Why not make tacos that are good for you?" Our mission was clear and fun: whip up a tortilla that can handle a heap of taco fillings but keeps the carbs and calories in check. We wanted to create something both delicious and nutritious.
