Create Festive Food With a Red, White, and Blue 4th of July Salad

Happy 4th of July from Garden Tower Project! This year, Independence Day covers much more than just the emancipation of America—it also includes two other types of independence:
- Food: when living in an urban environment or with very little yard space, you may be unsure how to gain food independence. However, with a Garden Tower®, you no longer have to be as reliant on grocery stores and transportation to get the food you want—it’s growing right outside your front door.
- Social: this year has been incredibly strenuous on the social lives of everyone due to COVID-19. With the world opening back up, we’re finally able to see our loved ones and celebrate the 4th of July for the first time in over a year.
In order to celebrate every type of independence, we’re making a delicious red, white, and blue salad to ring in the 4th of July with our family and friends. In this recipe, the chard, kale, lettuce, spinach, radish, tomato, AND basil were all homegrown in our Garden Tower®. To our family, these fresh ingredients tasted WAY better than the store bought ones, including the orange cauliflower, purple cabbage, blueberries, almond slivers, and brussel sprouts.
